From the Alexander Valley, this strikingly dark ruby wine can take some aging due to its strong tannins and complex flavor. Black olive, cedar, and vanilla bean are among the sophisticated and complicated notes. Enjoy with red meats.

The 2003 vintage was right up there with a lot of other Cali cabs in this price range. Have yet to have the '04, but suspect it will be just as good. Certainly worth the $18.99 price point.
